Pilot 4. Pécsvárad, Hungary

In the pilot not only energy performance contracting for the houses is taken into account, but also the possibility to include a number of other buildings amonst:

- municipality office building (800 m2);
- elementary school (2 buildings);
- 2 children gardens;
- municipal cultural building (with different functions such as sport school, culture centre, library etc.)
- elderly home.
This mixture of different buildings in combination with houses give an extra opportunity for the elaboration of local private owned energy exploitation company with participation of all local parties such as occupants, municipality, different users.
