Objective
Objective of work package 6 is to present the technical and financial characteristics of the proposed interventions to the building owners and occupants, get their feed back and discuss all characteristics in details with them and finally adjust and adapt the implementation plans in order to fit their expectations and achieve the best possible performance. In work package 6 also the success and impact is assessed after contracting in WP 3.

Description of the work

Task 6.1. Presentation of the energy, environmental and financial characteristics of the proposed investments to the building owners and occupants.
During this task the whole intervention plan as analysed in task 5 will be presented to the building occupants and owners. This will be done in an organized way through well planed meetings and presentations. Experts will be invited to assist.

Task 6.2. Discussion of the investment plans and interventions and understanding of their opinion and feedback.
During the task the opinion as well as the feedback of the concerned people will be collected. The collected information will be analysed and conclusions will be drawn.

Task 6.3. Adjustment and adaptation of the final retrofitting plans.
Based on the analysis of the occupants and owners feedback the retrofitting plans as well as the financial plans will be adjusted and adapted in order to achieve the best possible performance and best fit the expectations of the occupants and owners. There will be an iterative feedback process with task 6.4 in order to provide alternatives in case that solutions are not feasible from the exploitation side.

Task 6.4. Monitoring and discussion on elaborated schemes for private owned and organised energy exploitation companies
A monitoring takes place of the processes on elaborating and establishing private organised energy companies. (critiacal successffactors, why has it succeeded, why not, lessons learned etc.)

Outcome of this work package

• A full and detailed presentation of the energy, environmental and financial characteristics of the proposed scheme
• An analysis of the feedback from the occupants and the owners
• The final implementation plans adjusted to the needs and opinions of the occupants and owners
